I think djnoz is right. The FBI are probably going to be more concerned with much worse crimes then annoying internet trolls.
Plus it would take much more time and effort than it would probably be worth.

Has this been done already? If not, I think it would be a good idea: a "blacklist website" of repeat offender trolls (i.e. people who have trolled more than one board) with their IPs and usernames, so people could preemptively block said trolls from their sites and chats?
