Need pics

Postby inkhana » Tue Nov 18, 2003 10:25 am

OK, this is gonna sound mighty stupid to some of you (in fact, probably all of you), but I need some model pics of romantic type pics. It turns out I cannot draw them well at all, and I need to be able to for a project I'm working on. It's -highly- annoying to me (to find out I can't draw this as well as I can a swordfight, I mean) but I only have a few pics to work with, and they're as bad as my current skill level or worse...well, anyway...:bang:

I'm sure you guys already know the thresholds of what to post/not to post, but just in case, I'm not looking for "hot" pics, if you know what I mean.

Heh, this'll probably end up being an extension of both bishonen and bishoujo threads...LOL Thanks in advance.

Hey Inky!

I WAS debating with myself whether I should post romantic pics here but then, got worried that ppl may not like it or complain about it. I'm quite a hopeless romantic sometimes since I read too many shoujo manga. My question:

Is kissing considered a "no-no"? Even if you don't see it "directly"?? Do I make sense? :red: :red:

Anyway, I'll do my best to dig out my romantic pics for you (probably tonight). Stay tuned. :)

EDIT: BTW, cool new avatar!

What a coinky dink. I've been watching Maison Ikkoku this afternoon. Just about any MI site will have a gallery of romantic pictures. Here is something to get you started:

Oh! These are perfect. I've seen at least one other kiss pic up, so those are fine, too, I believe (at least for my purposes they are), just as long as they're not too...well, you know. I personally don't see anything wrong with it. I guess if people don't like this sort of thing...they should probably not proceed...bwa ha ha...

Oh MichiruT, you can PM me if you have something you'd rather not post; I'll give you my email.

(Oh, and thanks! I like this new av, too...^^ I made it from a wallpaper I'm working on. )

I think I made them a hair too bright. Maybe a little more shading would help...*thinks*

A cookie? Oh, wrong thread, my bad.

Ink I like your new avatar too. It was kind of scary with the eyes at first, but I'm used to it now. Really, it's great. Really.

Here's some pics to stay on topic.

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.
