does anyone know where i could find a good cd burner that not going to cost me $200

Try your local computer hardware store. Sometimes they have good deals.

CD burners these days cost next to nothing. $50 AUD at most, that's around $30USD.

How about this (newegg.com) one. Newegg usually has pretty good deals, and this CD burner is $25, including shipping.
The cake used to be a lie like you, but then it took a portal to the deception core.
