This one requires a bit of context to be funny, but it's a great one. Not laugh out loud funny (for me at least) but at least not a pathetic attempt.

Evangelion Quotes:

"Anyplace can be Heaven, as long as you choose to live." - Yui Ikari

"Keep the change!" - Touji to Asuka... (in a risque'/funny scene)

"The thread of human hope is woven with the flax of sorrow." Karou Nigesia

Gendou: It's hot...
Fuyuistki: Yes... (Lorenz mentioned this quote. Hehee, I love that scene!)

Trigun Quotes:

"This world is made... of love and peace!" _ Vash the Stampede

"I can't believe it, Meryl! This time he turned into a cat!" _ Milly Thompson

"The ticket to the future is (always) open." _ Vash the Stampede and Rem Saverem, at diffrent points.

"If you keep your vision clear, you will see the future. What happens in our future is our own responsibility." _ Rem Saverem

"If I shoot him now... you really will die..." _ Vash, thinking about Rem when faced with a decision about Monev the Gale.

"We are nothing like God: Not only do we have limited powers - we are sometimes driven to become the Devil himself." _ Nicholas D. Wolfwood

"That's nice of you to say that, but I'm really no more amazing than you are." _ Vash to Tonis (It's a simple quote, but it really touched me).

"People who sin say this: They had to, to survive. People who sin say this: It's too late now to stop. What sinners don't know is that there is a light, a light that shines down on them ever so warmly - a light that will never fade." _ Vash in the episode preview for "Between the Wasteland and the Sky"

Haibane Renmei Quotes: (So far, and I might not be completely accurate)

"I think, someday, we will fly..." _ Kuu

"Kana chases the crows away and calls them filthy scavengers... but I think the crows really just want to be our friends." _ Kuu

"We cannot make things easy for them (the crows), because if we do, they may become dependant on us and not be able to survive (beyond the wall). They would just stay here." __ Kana (And I'm really sure I'm messing up this quote terribly... but I like the whole thing Kana has about the crows being able to go beyond the wall and wanting them to be able to survive out there and be free).

Petshop of Horrors (Please don't ban me for this... it's kinda a gruesome quote, but I like it) (If this is unacceptable, please PM me and tell me to edit. Thanks)

"In Asia, mermaid's entrails are considered a delicacy. It is said that once you get a taste, you become addicted - much like human flesh." _ Count D to Officer Leon Orcott (I found the quote funny because Leon is eating at the time and it completely freaks him out. I like saying freaky things to people sometimes that just creep them out like this! - So I really like this scene).

Azumanga Daioh (Please don't ban me for this either... contains a word that some people consider a mild cuss.. I don't consider it a cuss, myself, and I found this hilarious). (Same deal... if this is unacceptable, just PM me and tell me to edit. Thanks)

"Is it true that in America, people don't take off their shoes before coming into the house? What if the father steps in dog crap and doesn't know it? What if the mother steps in dog crap, and the brother steps in dog crap, and the whole family steps in dog crap?" _ "Osaka" to Yukari-sensei
"We will never give up and despair, for we are on a mission from God." __ Hellsing, Vol. 2.

Hmm... it's ironic sometimes that it's the dub versions of many scripts that can be more hilarious, despite the fact that many of these scripts were massively ad-lib.

Here's one from the *cough* hack of Nausicaa, "Warriors of the Wind":

"Hmm... Let's teach these insurgents a little lesson in crowd control. Drop a bomb on them." - Tourmekian General, as he surveys the area below during a revolt of the Valley of the Wind inhabitants.

Here's one from the manga "Path of a Fallen Angel" that I thinks pretty cute!

Jen: "I guess since the inn is booked, you two can stay with me. Though there are only two beds... I hope you puppy likes sleeping on the floor."
Akira: "I'm a KNIGHT got it?! I'm nobody's PUPPY!"

LOL! I love Akira. He always calls Mika "m'lady" even tho she's always like "Yeah, whatever, shut up..." ^_^

Misao:"I just feel....so....*turns around to see Kenshin tiptoeing away* Hey! Where do you think you going!?"
Kenshin::sweat: "The rain has stopped, that it has!"
Misao:"Get back here, you big jerk! When I catch you, you are SOOO dead, Himura!"

Hehe, I saw a episode of D04 today - I've never seen it before. ^_^ Same old digimon style. Anyhow, here's a quote from it:

JP: *drawing the plans for a ship*
Takuya: Oh, gee, JP, that'll only that a couple years to build.
JP: *stands up* It's like building a model ship only bigger.

My favorite Macross Plus Quote is only in the dub, not the sub:

"Slow this thing down or you'll kill us both, you crazy (name of sword)" - the blonde girl with freckles...
"Did you say faster?" Isamu

The sub wasn't nearly as funny, it was something like "Slow down or you're going to kill us" and Isamu says (in Engrish) "Thrilling, ne?" I'm so divided... I hate the dub for the travesty of a translation for the theme song, but It is much funnier... Well, at least to an American like me, I suppose...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evcNPfZlrZs Watch this movie なう。 It's legal, free... And it's more than its premise. It's not saying Fast Food is good food. Just watch it.

okay this si more like a screen play but it has quotes!
Rurouni Kenshin: Wandering Samurai Ep, "Fly to your dreams: Adventures of Marimo, the Human Bullet

As Yahiko and Marimo race off to find gunpowder, Kaoru, Kenshin, and Sanosuke hold the audience.

Kaoru throws knives at Sano, getting as close as possible with out hitting him.
Kenshin finishes securing Sano's left wrist.
Sano: Hey! Why do I have to be the target?

Kenshin (nervous smile): Don't look at me, I'm only doing what Miss kaoru told me to do.

Sano: Well, what if she hits me?

Kenshin: THat's why it's up there and not me.

Sano: KENSHIN YOU'RE GONNA PAY! sano looks to kaoru. Hey Missy, have you practiced this?

Kaoru (shaking her head): Uh uh

Kenshin with a nervous smile at Sano begins to side step away.

sano: DON'T LEAVE ME KENSHIN!

Kaoru throws a knife. it lands right next to SAno's face.

kenshin: I think you might be bleeding.

Sano: ALL RIGHT THAT'S IT!

Sano jerks the 'wall' that he's stapped to out of the ground. still tied to it he tries to run.

kaoru: Kenshin get him!

kenshin chases sano all around the ring.

The End

Who's Chidori? Was Sagara beeing a peeping tom? j/k
(in the manga) Kenshin saves kaoru from the fake batosai and some how does the splits... "Dislocated grion...." kenshi whines and a slump. "Dislocated Brain!" Kaoru bites back.

from one piece manga-"YOU FIXED IT!" luffy shouts holding his hat.
It's only a tempory fix, I just sewed up the holes," Nami replies, putting away her sewing kit. It'll be fine if you aren't to rough with it."
"THanks! it was full of holes..." and luffy starts poking it.."and now you can't tell! It's all..." POKE! "OOPS" luffy's fingure goes right through it.
"YOU DONT LISTEN!" Nami shouted pulling out a needle
"YEEOW!" luffy cries,"you stabbed me with that needle!!!"
"Well that's the only way I can hurt you!"
"hmm, your right!" luffy says proudly as blood trickls down his face.

Yeah, Chidori was fresh from a morning shower when she spied Sagara on her apartment balcony, she wearing only her towel.

It's a scene that you'd have to see to better appreciate it for what it is. I found it rather humorous, myself.
