Riza Hawkeye Cosplay help

Postby DaughterOfZion » Tue Apr 28, 2009 5:04 pm

I want to make a military uniform for a Hawkeye cosplay, and I was wondering if anyone here has made one of the military uniforms. If so, what kind of patterns did you use if any, about how much did it cost you over all to make, how long did it take, and did it turn out alright? This is my first time to actually sew an outfit so I'm trying to figure out if I will be able to complete it by the beginning of July and if it is completely beyond my ability or not. Any advice is appreciated.

You can find some great Civil War uniform patterns to modify. A friend of mine also made hers by modifying a dress shirt pattern.
