"Dragon Food"

This is a story I'm currently writing. I'm going to post each chapter in a different post, so please beer with me. Currently I only have through chapter two typed, but I have through chapter seven (I'm still working on chapter eight) written. It's more fun to create the words, then to copy them.





Here's Chaper One:

[align=right]Chapter 1: The Odd Wolf

Kyle heard a wolf howling outside his bedroom window. He hated wolves more than anything. Kyle’s dad had always told him that wolves were bloodthirsty creatures that would kill anything. Even if they weren’t hungry they would kill. That’s how Kyle’s mom died. Well, that’s at least what his dad said.
The howling was keeping Kyle up so he decided to go take a walk. He slipped on his shoes and sneaked out the door. When Kyle got to the corner of his block, a girl zipped around the corner and ran into him. The force in which she hit him made her fall backwards onto her butt. Kyle stuck his hand out to help the girl up. She ignored it and sprung up by herself. She turned around and a huge dragon flew out from behind the corner.
Kyle stared up at the dragon. “Get over here you stupid wolf, I’m hungry and need something to eat. I haven’t had wolf in a while,â€

Kyle woke up first. Carefully he got off of the couch. He crept to his room and gathered a few clothes, a few of this mom’s clothes, and his dad’s riffle. The riffle was for if anyone tried to hunt Kale or tried to hurt Kyle, Kale, or Cole.
With his backpack on, Kyle silently walked back over to the couch. “Kale, Kale,â€

“Come on Kale, we have to go see Jesilimax,â€

Poof! There was a cloud of reddish-purple colored smoke. After about a minute when the smoke was all cleared away, Kyle saw a wolf lying on his couch.
