Flame of Anor Radio - my radio station

Postby Eric » Thu Sep 14, 2006 5:50 pm

I just got my internet radio station up today. I'm playing mostly different types of metal, with a good amount of industrial and ambient music as well, and a few other random things. As of right now, I have 3,590 songs in my playlist (290 hours, 29 minutes, 7 seconds), and I have a bunch more music I have to sort through on my computer before I add it. Here is the link to listen:

Yes, my conspiracy is successful - we're starting to almost have a little Shoutcast network going on here at CAA, if I can keep the ball rolling (Anybody have a large collection of Jpop? Lol). Seriously, Eric's station is awesome, and all you CAA Metalheads are duty bound to give it a listen.

Oh, by the way, though Eric is contractually bound to give that particular link over any others, I am not. If you can't listen using that service, try using http://www.shoutcast.com/directory/?s=flame+of+anor instead.

Well, while I probably won't give it a listen (because I don't like metal), I've gotta tell you, I appreciate the title. XD *is a LOTR freak* Good luck with it!

He listens to a lot more than Death Metal, he's got some pretty cool Progressive stuff for example.

Ah yes, Visionaire, that is some seriously underappreciated Gothic metal with a soothing feeling. I'm happy to play them myself.

I can pretty much completely assure you that the metal on my station is unlike anything you have heard before, especially if your statement is based on what's on the radio and tv. There is actually a good bit of it that I think you'd like, such as Andromeda, Time Requiem, Narnia, Divinefire, Rob Rock, Pyramaze, Isis, etc.

This is true. As I said of even his death metal, "You're really good at finding gems in clutter."
