As I post this, KAF and YOutube have been hacked into, meaning that they only have about 39% of their titles. They are fixing things, but for now, you may as well use other venues.

All I know is that Keiichi used to have all 52 episodes of Full Moon wo Sagashite, and now they only have 2 episodes. I need to tell my friend (who recently got hooked on this series) to watch the second half at youtube.com. XD;

Right, youtube wasn't hacked. Flamelta, the girl who was hosting the Kenshin dubbed episodes, said that she received a significant number of emails telling her to take down the episodes she was hosting, or she would be threatened with legal action. A hacker had nothing to do with it.

I figured it was a matter of time. It is a copyright violation to post that stuff. I suspect the fansubs will be less affected since it is harder for a Japanese company to bring legal action against a violator than it is for an American distributor.

I was about to say: why would someone who hosts illegal episodes threaten those that were uploading them. :p

It's not impossible for the Japanese copyright owners to sue in U.S. court from what I have read,it's just that it would cost them more to take such action in what to them would be a foreign law court,including hiring American copyright/patent
attorneys.Though if they did it would be certainly a slam dunk for their case.
