Well, besides the scholastic A+++ perfect-test-score genius, (Azu-Daioh's Chiyo chan, or 'Ruripe' from Gatekeepers, for example,) there are a few battle tactic genius types, like Hoshino Ruri (Nadesico), or Teletha Testarossa (FMP) <-- hey: they have the same seiyuu!

Next, on the 0.00001% chance that Justin Ueki Tylor DID INDEED PLAN his adventures to all work out EXACTLY the way they did, he too would be a tactical and strategic GENIUS! ("Yes. Of course I meant that...") Otherwise, if it was all LUCK, then we have to marry him off to Mihoshi (of Tenchi Muyo) and watch the chaos expand like a saturated black hole going critical.

But I noticed we under-rated the empathic genius: someone who can get inside someone else's head - even across cultural diferences.

MY TOP PRIZE goes to Yugo the Negotiator, because he can grapple with number problems (this gallery of paintings is a clue to a ten-digit bank account number - can you solve the puzzle) but also predict people's action and desires by using his extremely profound understanding of their cultural expecations, mores, and emotions.
