Some of you mentioned in the "Anime You're Watching" thread that you're watching Ergo Proxy. I've only seen the first episode or two. What are your impressions having watched some more episodes?

I thought this looked interesting, but I wasn't sure of the content in it. How's the first few eps look?

Looks like a pretty standard story line that could either be really awesome or suck.

I watched the first ep, and the animation is certainly pretty.

its a very... strange anime, i don't know how else to describe it really. very post-apocalyptic, meets weird horror thriller thingy. was surprised to see radiohead doing the ending song.

Witch Hunter Robin meets Ghost in the Shell with some Serial Experiments Lain thrown in. But the characters aren't as easy to get a handle on as WHR.

One of the fansubbing groups is producing notes on the series which are more interesting then the series itself, IMO. I'll see if I can dig up the URL.

If it truely is like all three of those shows put together than it sounds pretty darn awesome.
