That is the first episode with Hatsuharu in it. He trips Kyo, then tells the audience "If this were anyone other than Kyo they would've been seriously hurt, so don't try this at home."
Also in Trigun there is an episode where Vash is playing with a bunch of kids and does this thing where he sucks a dodge ball to his face and explains the technique and says "Try this at home kids!"... but it seems a bit vague as to whether he is referring to the kids he is playing with or the audience or possibly both <.< >.>
