I'm still in mourning for this late-great band. Any sympathy from you guys would be great. I still haven't found anything that comes close to them ... :sniffle:

I did get a chance to see their last show in Houston when they were here for ShoutFest...*sniff*

and for the record, the band Shatterheart mentioned, Lacuna Coil, isn't halfbad either.

Who are these guys. I mean, they're a great band I'm sure, well, I've never heard them but I'm sure they're a great band.

Guys...leave her be. Shes right. This is not about Lacuna Coil or Jeremy Camp. Its not about bands that are fighting the fight. Its about a band that wussed out and quit. Keep things straight guys. ;)

I admire Adrienne's wanting to be a full time wife without the having to deal with the pressures of touring....

... but I mean c'mon.... why'd the band have to die?? Why???

In case anyone is wondering, I did really just now find out about this.... I knew the band was breaking up, and I knew she wanted to be a wife and not out touring..... but I had no clue she was marrying another musician. It just doesn't make sense that hubby can tour and she won't. I'm torn, because I like Jeremy Camp too.... but I feel like I can't, because he took my Benjamin Gate away from me!!

I need to blow something up now, if you'll excuse me.

I've seen BG live at Festival con Dios and it was awesome!! however,
you cannot really blame Adrienne for following her heart on this
my sister is going to be quiting her job for her family , but she's
no superstar, and noone has a problem with it, so why should that
change for Adrienne? Family is a God thing, and I challenge anyone
to say that your job is more important than the love for family,
I love BG's music, and I would love to hear them
again, but that's just it, who know's? maybe they'll join up again in
the future, you just never can tell, just some things to ponder

Well, good news, guy! The BG may be gone for good, but I heard a very distinct South African female singing lovely back-up for Jeremy Camp on his lastest album. Yay!
