Remember they have been saying that they were going to show a subbed anime since the Fall.I really can't trust what AS says any more, especially since they originally scheduled the first Inuayasha movie to run at 12:30 on Christmas Eve night and then changed it by an hour just because they wanted to run a marathon of one of their mediocre going nowhere "comedies".
Personally I would love to see AS go out and acquire either Bubblegum Crisis or The Dirty Pair.

Tsukihime, Lunar Legend wasn't bad for what it was, but I get the feeling Witch Hunter Robin wasn't as successful as they hoped (cause they haven't repeated it recently) and they might not want another dark drama.

If you have seen any of the ads for the 'comedies' on AS the whole question of nudity in Ranma 1/2 is a bit silly, the current 'comedies'on AS apparently show far worse stuff.
mitsuki lover wrote:This is entirely no excuse.AS airs at late night. It has a disclaimer warning parents that the content is not for children under 14 years of age.The only reason it won't air Ranma 1/2 has nothing to do with content.TPTB won't do it because they have an totally anti-anime bias.End of story.
