Need Help with Mockup Design for Website

I'm going to attempt to do it in CSS. I'm not the best at making websites. I just wanted a clean, easy to edit website that I could put my stuff up without much fuss. Now I don't know what I'll do. Websites are so darn hard!
Mithrandir and Shooraijin, have you got any tips to help me with what you were saying? Thanks

Look into using a single table that's 100% width and 100% height. That should let you right-bottom justify the wheel.

ChristianRonin, I'm cute! (lol) I've never been called cute before. Yes, that sketch is of me with a massive pencil and a goanna lizard at my feet (for some reason) - I love animals. Thanks!

Well, I have never seen you in real life or a picture...but that drawing is cute! ^^

Goanna lizards are nifty.. I thought that was a lizard at your feet and I was like, "Zat a lizard?" Now I know...heh..it is! YAY ME!
