Wallpaper size?

Homework giving you a headache? Math gives you a migraine? Can't quite figure out how to do something in photoshop? Never fear, the other members of CAA share their expertise in this forum.

Wallpaper size?

I want start creating wallpapers, but I have no idea what size it should be. Should I follow my screen size or is there a standard size that everyone follows?

it is usually 800X600 or 1024X768. I usually go with 1024X768 since this resolution is becoming the new standard.

A lot of my friends on the internet use 1280 x 1024. That one seems pretty popular, but I don't regularly ask people what their resolution is so I'm not sure how it compares to other resolutions.

I use 1024x768 because that's my laptop's native resolution.
The cake used to be a lie like you, but then it took a portal to the deception core.
