How do you transfer avatars?

I just recently joined a Dual! forum and was wondering how can I go about
transfering my avatar here to that site so that I can use it there as well?

Just right-click on it in your browser, save it to disk on your local computer, and upload it to the new forum (using whatever process they have set up).

After I posted this I got a message from one of the mods(I think)at the Dual! site saying they would do it for me if I could give them the url to one of the threads
so that they could see the avatar.I'll see if I can get it done that way first,however
they have problems with the server they use.
