I can get most any boxset if it's relatively cheap. Anyone have any suggestions?

Depends on what type of anime you like and how cheap you are talking about. If you could let us know those two things we could probably help you more. Definately I think you could cover a 13 episode series with no problem.

You can read the review of it here, it sounds pretty clean.

The Magic Knight Rayearth Economy box is a steal at $39.95, with 20 episodes for the first season already out. Mind you that I originally had to pay $150 for this thing when it was first released, so you won't be disappointed getting this at the price (unless you already have it).

One of my favorite fantasy anime out there and a series with the Clamp label.

Oh, I forgot to mention Gun Parade March. It is only thirteen eps so it should be cheap. There is a review of it in the database as well.

Look In my Bandai boxset thread. They just released a bunch of really cheap boxsets for good titles I listed there.

You can get this at most Best Buys right now for $23.00. At least that's what I paid.

Fruits. Basket.

Buy it now. You can get the box set for about 60 dollars at Beset Buy. About 15 dollars a volume. That ain't bad.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Giant Robo, all three DVDs are only about $10-$15 a piece, and the seven episodes range from 40 to 60 minutes each. Good stuff.
