Summary:
Mayura is a high school girl with a fixation on the supernatural, and really wants to be a detective when she grows up. She meets Loki, a small boy who runs a detective agency. As Loki’s assistant, Mayura and her Friends, most of whom are actually Norse gods, solve spooky mysteries and help out those in need.
Loki-
Although he seems like a wealthy kid running a detective agency, this boy is really Loki. Loki is the famous Norse God of tricks and mischief. However, one of his practical jokes went too far, and he was exiled to Earth, in a human child’s body no less.
However, with his faithful butler, he spends the time running a detective agency and solving supernatural problems to pass time. He has a dry, witty personality, and always thinks with his head before his heart. Since this is almost the exact opposite of Mayura, their banter and chemistry is very humorous. This doesn’t seem like the type of behavior excepted from the Jokester god, though…
Although you’d think a God like Loki wouldn’t have very powerful abilities, he is actually an expert at banishing and identifying monsters and mythical items, and his staff-like weapon is used expertly against his foes.
