I like them. I just got the CD Sea of Faces for Christmas. I really like it.

Do you know how Sea of Faces compares to their first CD? I have Kutless and wasn't terribly impressed with it (some of the songs are pretty good, but overall the music isn't very remarkable), but maybe the band has improved since then.

i would say that they are 2 different styles, the first cd is kind of rough and grungy, but the newest cd is smooth and melodic (sp?)

Their two CDs are definitly for two differant crowds. I personally prefer their first one, since I'm kinda into the whole 'grungy' sound. Some of songs on Sea of Faces are so beautiful they about make me cry, though.

I've heard of Kutless - I think they play or have played a few of their songs on the radio. Could anyone name a few key tracks that I might have heard to see if I recognise them? Not an urgent request or anything - just out of interest.

Hope you all have a very happy New Year. God bless.

Didn't realise they had another CD out.......shows how much I'm out of contact with the music scene these days.

My favorite songs from Kutless are Pride Away, Your Touch, and Again; From Sea of Faces I like All Alone, Not What You See, Treason, Let You In, and Troubled Heart; from Strong Tower I like Take Me In and their title track. Their next album is expected to come out March 2006 and fortunately, we'll be getting rock!
Simple arithmetic:
FF7 + World War II games = overrated
freedom + things we're lucky to have = taken for granted
manga + anime = a very happy person
Salvation + Jesus' Sacrifice = Eternal Life
a village - its idiot = a lot of smart people
(more to come)

Words of wisdom:
"Who's more foolish: the fool or the fool who follows him?" - Obi Wan Kenobi

"Sometimes Justice is a (insert item here)!" - Kato Kaelin

"You wouldn't lie to a judge with a baseball bat, would you?" - Extreme Akim

"For as low as you go, ask God to take you that high." - Tyler Perry

"I had the right to remain silent...I just didn't have the ability." - Ron White

"Your trademark is stupidity!" - Mr. T

"Your eyes can deceive you, don't trust them." - Obi Wan Kenobi

"If you can't be good, be good at it." - my uncle
(more to come)

Shout-outs:
SaintKevin, Yahshua, and Lunis, you guys rock!; Pillar, Kutless, 12 Stones, Skillet, and Falling Up for rocking hard, and Jesus Christ for being my Rock!

Good band, one of the leaders at my church went to high school with the whole band.
I own the first cd, hope to get the rest.

Yeah, Kutless is really good. I saw them when they were first starting out and actually talked to them and got their autographs.
Weird how I saw them when they were just a little band traveling on the side with a bigger band. And now LOTS of people know of them.

Kutless is teh awesome. A friend and I went to see them last year on July 4th. Then I bought her Strong Tower for her birthday, and made a copy of Sea of Faces as a Christmas gift. She's become a fan all right. I think her favorite song is "Treason".

I have heard a few songs from Kutless.. I used to like it but I'm afraid I don't anymore.. >: Maybe it's too "American" for me. *Scandinavian*
