Barlow Girl

Postby Renoa » Thu Jun 24, 2004 3:48 pm

They were made somewhat famous by Superchic[k]'s song "Barlow Girls" about how they were enpressed with the three sister's modesty and moral standards. Now they have a self-titled CD that is awesome!! Including songs like 'Harder Than The First Time', 'Mirror', 'You Led Me', and 'On My Own'. I most certainly reccomend this band for people who enjoy Superchic[K], ZOEgirl, even Evanesence. Anybody heard them?

I know Da Rabid Duckie was, well, rabid about them, but I haven't seen him around here in awhile.

I think they are one of the better Christian groups out today.

I'm not much up for their sound, but I will say I like what they're doing.

I love Barlow Girl. I cannot wait to get their CD! I was listening to Total Access(anyone else heard of it?) and I heard some of their songs. They rock!

I agree - I think Barlow Girl are excellent - especially that song 'Mirror'. It's such good inspiration when you're trying to write music or paint.
