Splendid. I'm next in line for the throne now, so... Well, let's just say that the king might just have an unfortunate accident very soon.

They fit perfectly, and make my butt look great, so it might be a while.

Probably light-ish green, kind of like a Granny Smith apple.

Would you rather sleep on a couch or an airbed?

Considering the bad experiences I've had with airbeds (like one that sprung a leak a good, long, soft couch wouldn't be too bad.

Favorite anime character?

The best I can do is narrow it down a bit: Char Aznable from UC Gundam, Shocking Alberto from Giant Robo, Roger Smith from Big O, Simon from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann... I've also got a soft spot for Jerid from Zeta Gundam; it's hard to hate a guy who's so persistent despite getting his butt kicked so many times.

I wouldn't mind getting my heart's desire (depending on what it was), but I'd have appreciated a chance to at least talk through my options before I made a decision.

Why did you join on June 26 rather than June 25 or 27?

A few years ago, Anime Angels (another Christian anime site from the days of yore that has since gone offline) went down for a couple days, and that's when I decided to come over here and see what things were like on the other side. I think the fact that I was on summer vacation at the time and that I needed something to do helped influence that.

Can you play an instrument?

In fact, I can! I've been playing the piano for almost 15 years now, and I've played for my church on occasion; I don't get to play as much as I like to these days, though. I tried to pick up the recorder for a couple days, but it hasn't worked out.

I've got a few: Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Neal Stephenson, and Philip Reeve come to mind immediately.

If we're talking animals still alive today, I'm a big fan of mantids and crinoids. For fossilized things, anything from Phorusrhacidae, Anomalocaris or Dunkleosteus are pretty awesome.

Orange!
