There is less objectionable content in TES as compared to fallout as well. Though I haven't heard anything about Skyrim in that regard. Although exceptionally well for world-building I don't think it can be used for smaller interaction animations like people giving stuff to each other or even handle conversation (like the RAGE engine used by Rockstar in Red Dead Redemption, which did interactions very well). Subsequently (and I say this as someone who really thinks its a great game) makes Skyrim actually feel like its 10 years old for me.
