Anyone listen to her? She's got a great voice. I recently discovered her.

Perhaps the most interesting thing is that she was apparently raised a Christian (which would explain why Christian themes show up in a lot of her songs). She's covered several hymns, in addition to doing secular music (both covers and her own work).

She's got a great voice, and the fact that she's a native-born Japanese singer who is a Christian makes it all the more interesting.

Here's an example of her work. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkUVJQ042sM

Thoughts?

I must admit, I have a bit of a problem with the song "Karma" from a spiritual standpoint, but her music on the whole is a lot more directly Christian than a lot of Japanese music.
