Ah, you didn't get that far then. :( If you're talking about that armored boar, that is. You should get back to it, the stuff past that is awesome! :D I made it all the way to Sen's Fortress, got eaten by a treasure chest, and decided it was time for me to take a break as well. XD

I'm playing Arkham City now, too! The opening scenes were phenomenal.

Fourth consecutive Arkham City player! I generally hate open-world games, but this is one of a scant few exceptions. :thumb:

The ending of Arkham City's main story blew my mind. I still cannot believe it.

I haven't beat it yet. Just got past Ra's al Ghul. Don't tell me how close/far I am to the end. But what you can tell me is the official pronunciation of "Ra's", since between the movie Batman Begins and this game I've now heard it pronounced two different ways ("Rahz" and "Raysh", respectively).

I thought the ending was way rushed, just like the last game. :(

Skip as many side missions and trophies as you can. Save them for after.

Squinting my way through Arkham, too. I'm loving it, don't get me wrong, but the voice acting is starting to kind of get to me. Zsaz sounds like Roberto from Futurama, Harley is obviously played by someone totally different, Catwoman sounds like she's on the other end of a 900 number, and Maurice, I love ya, but could you please try to differentiate your Brain voice from Freeze? Just a little?

It's extremely short. You'll see, the ending totally creeps up on you...

I'm not done with it by any means, I'll probably shoot for 100% like in AA. =P ...although I didn't technically 100% that one yet, I still need to continue with my hard mode playthrough.

I thought the ending was really good. I didn't think it was rushed at all. If lasted just long enough. And it is pronounced raysh as far as I know . The game got it right

No need to be sorry. I was afraid someone was going to get mad because this was turning into a Arkham City thread instead of the thread it is.

I beat inFamous last weekend. I'd been playing it while my little sister watched, and that ending... talk about mindscrew. Still, I ended up liking it a lot, though I'm undecided on when I'll get the sequel. I've also been playing Arkham Asylum (I'm holding off on getting Arkham City for now), Twilight Princess (I guess partially in hype for Skyward Sword), and Battlefield 3 (only played a bit of multiplayer and singleplayer so far). I'm currently debating whether or not I'll get Uncharted 3 and/or Skyward Sword. Decisions, decisions...

Got to the second disc of Metal Gear Solid! :jump: The climax approacheth! (As in, DUUUUUUDE, I'm right where Metal Gear is! :wow!: )

And I've done almost all the songs for the second-highest difficulty in Osu! Tatakae! Oendan! and am plugging away at Professor Layton and the Unwound Future.

Beat Arkham City last night.
I can accept Clayface being worked into the final plot twist, but I thought he mde an awkward final boss. That bit should have been swapped with the Hugo Strange part in terms of order of occurrence. Anyway, I don't much care for Clayface. His whole concept is a bit too fantatic to fit comfortably into the Batman universe, which is always at its best when it's more realistic. Also, having more to do after the credits was just weird. I was like, "So, did I beat the game, or what?" O.o
Now playing Uncharted 3. Great so far, of course. :thumb:

(Please excuse the double-post.)

Beat Uncharted 3. Spectacular from start to finish. The one and only nitpick I have is that all that climbity-jumpity-hangity stuff is just a little less impressive if now all the other NPCs (even Sully) can do it too. Still, that's one little dud in a big bag of roasted awesomes. I'm currently running right through that game again, to try and pick up some of the treasures I missed the first time around (I got forty-something out of 100).

I'm also playing Uncharted 3. I think I'm near the end, maybe the 3/4 mark? I've had some loading/freezing problems with the disc (and the drive occasionally makes weird growling noises), but so far I haven't lost data. Anyway, lovin' it!

I just finished Uncharted 3 as well... awesome!! Was disappointed Chloe wasn't in it more. I like hearing Claudia Black talk :P But yeah awesome game like I knew it would be ^_^ I actually bought a PS3 just to play it cause I loved the second one. Don't play a lot but had to get this one and it didn't disappoint. Never bought my own system before either but I finally gave in :)

Up next will be Batman whenever I get around to picking that up. I loved Arkham Asylum and everyone says this is better so yeah. Or that Jurassic Park game... I really wanna play that even if sucks just cause it's Jurassic Park and I've been a JP nut since I was little.

   FINAL BOSS BATTLE IN METAL GEAR SOLID!!!! Or at least, I assume so; they were playing it up enough for that. I adore these most recent plot twists and
feel really stupid that I couldn't recognize Master's voice as Liquid Snake's! :wow!:
And now my DS stylus is all shot, so I'm going to have to get a replacement before I'll feel safe playing Osu! Tatakae! Oendan! :/

Finished my first playthrough of War in the North, and I'm on the last level in my second. I must say, this is the best action/RPG I've played in a while.

Playing Uncharted the first one. Figured since I played the other two and loved them, I should go back and play the first cause I was craving more Drake! I don't even think I'm halfway through. Maybe almost halfway (Gotta escape on a jet ski and blow up barrels). Loving it! It seems to be a bit more difficult than 3 in terms of combat. But I actually like it better (the combat). In 3 I didn't even bother shooting much because the guy moves so slowly when aiming and beating them up seemed more effective. In 1, you have less health and seems to be more bad guys that shoot the crap out of you. You have to be more patient and utilize hiding behind stuff better and can't just run out and beat everyone up. Anyway, love this series ^_^ Don't think I've been this in love with a game series since Zelda.

My mom surprised me with Cave Story 3D today! =D Screenshots make the new graphics look AWFUL but in person, with the 3D on, it is extremely beautiful. I never thought I would ever say that.
