Anei was startled when they came back to the real world, and at first didn't comprehend Joanne. Then she shook her head to clear it, then nodded a greeting to Set. She honestly didn't feel hungry, but she felt that she couldn't refuse, so she asked for yachen and eggs.

-Ai-
"You're going to have a time with trying to make Reika sit still..." commented Ai. "She squirms like I don't know what."

[Twister980]

Eruan's eyes shot open. "Breakfast? Can you save some for me?" He said, standing up and walking over to the group.

[Masquerade1412]

--Set--
"Oh, Trevor, could you go around and let everyone know breakfast will be ready soon?" Set said. "Looks like Revel's getting everything good and warm."

Revel finished cooking the last of the meat. Bon appetit!

Wait! Trevor shouted. We have to tell everybody first!

Now why is it that the chef can't at least TASTE his creation?

Maybe cause it's not for you?

............Just go get everyone.....

Trevor, satisfied with his victory, went around the camp, motioning that it was time to eat.

Revel, on the other hand, waited until Trevor was out of sight and took a somewhat large portion of the food. And this is my pay!

OOC2: Mister will be dropping out of the rpg due to scheduling issues. He has left his characters Lann, Sajuuk, and Morigan to be played by me. Just wanted to give y'all heads up before being accused of godmoding.

The severed soul smiled as she accepted Micheal's hug, though it somehow felt ackward with her in her old humanlike form. She did not know entirely what the former pagan god had done to her angelic vessel, but she thanked him kindly before following Ariel over to the ghastly figure adorned in white linens. The soul looked at herself; a chill surging through her.

"Are you ready?", Ariel asked.

"Yes Princess....I am ready."

The soul bowed in front of the golden-haired goddess, placing a ghostly hand on the cold hand of the body of Aaliyah. Ariel bent her head in prayer and began to reattempt the ceremonial ritual. Once again, the soul found itself on a different plane alone with the young goddess.

"Soul, so you vow to live as a holy warrior and servant to me, your new creator, Ariel of Punishment and Rewards; to High Goddess Sophia of Light and Justice; and to the Celestial Mother Iawia? To lead in honor, truth, justice, and good in all actions you do and to cast away your fleshly ties and be reborn as an angelic servant."

"All of these things I do promise and vow."

"Very well. Arise and be known as Aaliyah, High Angel of Death and Courier of the Realms."

The soul was then transported back into her angelic body, suddenly glowing with light and warmth. As Ariel finished the prayers, the body lifted itself up and was consumed by light. The goddess finished her prayers in awe-having never created an angel. Slowly the form's light faded and the angel stood quietly beside the rose-petalled stone slab where moments before she was laying. But her appearance had slightly changed: her sun-darkened skin was more olive and far; her eyes glowing and her face beaming; her long straight black hair had become a flowing charcoaled lavender like strange hues in the Milky Way sky. Her robes had been transformed from the somber black to an elaborate and feminine suit of diamond plated armor and cream colored robes of her new patron goddess and even her wings were now full and full of gold, copper, and ivory. The angel smiled and knelt at Ariel's feet.

"Thank you, My Princess..."

"Arise, dear one, and see your husband and comrades. Rest and be merry as I attend to other business and tell Sophia of what has occurred."

Ariel kissed Aaliyah's forehead before leaving the hall. The angel turned around and ran to Micheal, leaping into his arms as if it were a great homecoming. Nefron smiled, watching the bright figure who still resembled his little girl.

Reika teasingly stuck out her tongue at her big sister. Then she sat straight up on her knees and sat as still as she could.
"Perfect!" Raphael said, and began sketching with a charcoal pencil.
--Joanne, Set, and Xavier--
Joanne turned to Anei as she peeled the orange. "Now that the crisis is over, would you like me to baptize you?" she asked.
"I think someone else may be joining you." Set said. "Trevor told me he's never been baptized either."
"Well, we can't have Xavier's new big brother go around without Sophia's protection!" Joanne laughed.
Xavier looked up at Anei as he ate. He had never seen someone so beautiful.

[Lockon Stratos]

Now this is something you don't see every day.
"Alright, so, problem solved. It looks like I'm no longer needed here so I'm going to be leaving." I started to exit the tent when I remembered something important. "Uh, not to be a bother but is there a spare tent I can borrow? I destroyed mine by mistake."

[Edward]

Alen lay down on the ground outside his tent, tired from his morning spent hunting. Yalasna had just recently finished herself, and was licking the blood and gore from her face.

Let me help you with that. he thought, pulling a large piece of cloth from one of his saddle bags and dunking it in the water barrel that sat next to his tent. He began to gently clean Yalana's mouth, removing remaining bits of bone and flesh from her teeth. When he was finished, she licked his face in appreciation. Alen smiled, then told her I have to go. It is nearly time for breakfast. I'll be back in a moment.

After he had gotten his portion, Alen walked back to his tent, retrieving a small block of cheese and a forgotten roll from his pack. He threw it away, toward the woods. There was no way he was going to eat anything but fresh food, not if he could help it. After finishing his meal and drinking two cups of water, he sat up and began to jog around the camp, completing three laps. After that, he began to practice the complex techniques of fighting with a pollaxe, after which he would do more physical training, a schedule the master at arms of his father's estate had him practice ever since he could wield a pollaxe. When he was done, he would have his leisure, unless there was something that needed to be done.

Eruan was being ignored, like the invisibility spell he had tried one time if it actually worked. So... Guess it's just a buffet then? He closed his eyes, searching for Saphira. Go have breakfast, I've decided to hunt instead. I could use the exercise.
He shrugged. Guess I'm eating alone then. He walked towards where the others were eating and saw Xavier eying Anei. He felt his face heat up, but quickly calmed himself. You've just met her, and you're falling all over yourself! Get. a. grip. He shook himself, quickly grabbed some food, then ran back to his tent. He scarfed down the food, he hadn't eaten since that apple the other day. I'll need to make the habit of packing more supplies... He grimaced when he recalled how long he was without food, he ran out only a day after he left home. He finished the food, then brought the
plate back to the tables to be washed later.

[Ally-Ann]

--Karin--
Karin said. "Look, I know that. But I'm optimistic. After all, my brother-in-law also started out a bad person. If it weren't for Joanne, he probably still might be. Besides, I believe no human is completely evil."
Kilin saw Chrysanthe's dragon and saw right through the deception. He walked over to Karin and whispered. "Karin, we have a black dragon among us."
Karin sighed. "Here we go again. That girl is actually the one Eulalia's been after."
Kilin said. "And I suppose she's so headstrong, she doesn't see through this. Well, I think I shall show her the truth."
He walked over to Eulalia. "I will temporarily allow you dragon's sight, Eulalia. Place your hand on my head. See the gold dragon as I do.

Eulalia's brow furrowed. She's innocent! She has to be! She has to... She thought before placing her hand tentatively on Kilin's head.

[Diamond Dragon]

-Ai-
Ai watched the process amusingly. I bet Reika won't stand still for more than ten minutes! I bet she will! Answered Akita mentally. Oh yeah? Well, let's see! answered Ai, throwing a grin at Akite.

-Anei-
Anei looked up, immediately curious. "What's a baptize?" she asked, as she ate.

--Heilgrad--

Lann's bowed lower at Adarah's words tainted with deception and guile. The young dark goddess slowly made her way back to her seeing glass; the disruption and singing to control Lann had put her farther behind on her observations of the Resistance group.

"My Queen....what would you have me do?"

Adarah's black eyes darted up to see the figure ready to take action, but the dragon was apparently not as willing.

"If you truly wish to serve your Master, then you will have your dragon bow to me. If you cannot make him obey-kill him."

Sajuuk whipped around, blazing his red nostils full of smoke at the goddess.

"Lann! Snap out of it! This witch is crazy!"

"Sajuuk-bow to the Mother Below."

"I bow for NO one!", the dragon proclaimed.

"Draw your sword", Adarah chided, "and kill him."

--Adelphi--

Aaliyah released her husband, as happy as she was to see him, to let him attend Sophia's matters and to get back to her own. She reached for her weapon-the Myerian Scythe- and found it had changed aswell: the black curve blade had transformed into a long and elegant blade of pure diamond and the staff welded in gold with large onyx stones and ruby-plated roses. The angel took a moment to awe her new equipment before turning with a serious expression to the two dragons.

"Minerva...Nefron...it is time I returned you to Krangor aswell as take care of some of my own business there."

Nefron understood the angel's need to see her adoptive daughter and nodded in agreement. With a quick and powerful slash, the skies of Krangor became visible to them in the hall and Aaliyah rushed and jumped into it letting her powerful wings catch and ride the top winds. Once she saw the party behind her, the portal soon closed.

--Krangor--

Morigan was still wandering in the woods when she felt a slight shift of pressure. The young angel glanced up, scanning the skies for the black robes of her mother. Finally, her eyes caught sight of Minerva and Nefron. Perhaps they had news. Spreading her wings, she quickly made her way back to the resistance camp.

With his cave in sight, the white dragon swiftly made his decent following Aaliyah for the grounds of the camps. As his feet touched the ground, the tired creature happily plopped onto the lush grass and stretched his body.

Using the end of the scythe's staff, Aaliyah made a quick stop in order to get on the grounds and closer to the headquarters of the camps. With a hurried pace, she went around to the tents until noticing two familiar figures.

"Reika! Rapheal!", she said as she rushed towards them, happy to see they were both content and blissful.

"Rapheal, my dear, you certainly are the creative spirit. Do you plan to spend your time here or return to Adelphi with your sister and I?"

[Twister980]

Eruan walked back towards his tent, where he saw Saphira licking her paws and claws clean. Did you enjoy your meal? She looked up. I did, what about you?
He shrugged. The food was good. She stared into his eyes. Something is bothering you. He closed his eyes, and sighed. It's nothing, alright? She frowned, or as close to a frown as dragons can give you. We are bound, heart and mind, what you feel, affects me as well. He plopped down on the dirt in front of her.
It's just... I don't know what I'm feeling. She hummed. The girl still has your attention He growled. That's not funny. His cheeks became red. You both have things in common. She stared at him. You're both riders, and you have yet to be baptized. He closed his eyes. Please, don't remind me.

--Raphael--
Raphael looked up at his mother and sister. "I believe Sophia is subtly telling me that beside this girl is where I belong. Since I revived her, I've become concerned for her well-being. I think I have finally found my duty. And you and father have always told me that duty is before desire. I think I shall stay and at least get to know everyone here first."
--Joanne--
"I had a feeling you'd ask that." Joanne said, unsurprised. "Baptism is when Sophia claims you as her child and places her mantle of love and protection around you. She then becomes your guide and parent. But I leave it all up to you. Do you wish to be Sophia's child and a child of the light?"
OOC: Twister, PM me. Masq, could you have Trevor enter Reika and Ai's tent to tell them breakfast is ready?
--Karin and Kilin--
Kilin's eyes glowed and allowed Eulalia to see the truth: Chrysanthe's dragon was deceiving them all--it was black as night.
"What do we do?" Karin asked.
At that moment, Minerva saw what was going on and saw through Aristocles's deception. "We do nothing." she suggested.
OOC: Eulalia gets to ask why nothing is to be done.

Trevor went up to one of the tents and stopped outside. Now how to tell them it's time to eat...Should I just say it?...But I might start coughing....What do I do?
He pulled the flap back and reached up for his mask. I'll just say it....

[Lockon Stratos]

"All right, seeing as my work here is done, I'll be going about my business again." In other words, get out of this place before some other crazy thing happens. I started out of the tent, sending a message to Feld. Come back Feld. Everything's under control now. We're not needed here.
Miss Reika is alright?
Yep.
Good. Now you can go and clean up the campsite.
I was getting to that. A clean workspace makes for a quick pace.

"Well, looks like I can start by getting to know this interesting person." said Raphael as Trevor entered. He walked over to him and congenially extended a hand. "Good day, my name is Raphael, and I am Reika's new angel. And what's your name?" he asked.

Wow....A child angel....Polite little fellow... Trevor thought. Oh, dear...If I speak now, I can't later...Um....
He pointed to his mask. Maybe he can read minds....Hello, my name is Trevor Trimera. Nice to meet you.

--Karin and Kilin--
Kilin's eyes glowed and allowed Eulalia to see the truth: Chrysanthe's dragon was deceiving them all--it was black as night.
"What do we do?" Karin asked.
At that moment, Minerva saw what was going on and saw through Aristocles's deception. "We do nothing." she suggested.

Eulalia felt a sharp pang in her chest and stomach before grief washed over her like a wave. Her eyes were downcast. Not only is she not saved, but she's decieving us as well. Chrysanthe, I thought you were better than this. Eulalia thought, forcing herself to keep the angry tears from falling. "Why won't we do anything?" She asked, trying to keep her voice as steady as possible. Strong leaders don't cry. Get a hold of yourself, Eulalia. Eulalia scolded herself.

"When I was born to Pandora, from the start I knew I didn't belong..." replied Anei slowly. "Maybe...I do belong here."

--Minerva and Karin--
"If we act now, we will not learn what Adarah is truly planning." Minerva said. "I propose that we let her into our group. Perhaps our influence will counter Adarah's brainwashing."
"I think you may be right." Karin said. "For now, we act like we don't know the truth, Eulalia."
--Raphael--
"Oh, I see you have night chill. It must be difficult for you." said Raphael.
"That's the kid my little brother has been hanging around." said Reika. "Wait, I smell something."
OOC: Dia, have Ai follow Reika and Trevor out of the tent.
--Joanne--
"I believe that as well, my cousin." said Joanne. "Perhaps we should change your name after you're baptized. That name no longer fits you. I believe we should call you something more appropriate."

Saphira nudged Eruan with her nose. Go on, just ask her. He sighed, I'm guessing I can't change your mind? Her teeth showed in a smile. No. He closed his eyes, and ran his hands down his face. Fine. He crept over towards where Joanne was talking to Anei. "Perhaps we should change your name after you're baptized. That name no longer fits you. I believe we should call you something more appropriate." He stood from his crouch and raised his hand. "Then, I guess I can join her." He averted his gaze from Joanne. "I've... Never been baptized..."

"WHAT do you smell?" Ai asked Reika. She looked at Trevor curiously. So this was the person her little brother was being with so much!

-Anei-
"Yes...I never really liked my name." Anei said quietly. Finally she glanced at Eruan when he started to talk. Oh...I remember him... She thought. Anei! Anei jumped when she heard the loud voice in her head. Len! Where are you? What's wrong? she mentally asked. In another second Len flew up to her and landed beside her. Where have you been? You were gone so long I decided to come looking for you! he said. "Oh Len, you worry too much!" said Anei out loud, rubbing his neck.

Eruan stepped back to give the two some room. Saphira, I think you should be here.
A shadow passed overhead, he glanced up. Oh. You're already here. She landed carefully on the ground a few feet behind them. So are you ready? He shrugged. Ready as I'll ever be.

"Daddy's cooking. All of a sudden, I'm hungry!" Reika realized.
"It must've been the coma." said Raphael. "They tend to do that."
--Joanne--
"Never been baptized?" Joanne asked Eruan. "Well, there's no time like the present. Follow me and Anei."
She sent a telepathic message to Ai, Kilin, and Ai's dragon. You are needed. I am about to baptize new members of our family.

[Ally-Ann]

--Minerva and Karin--

Eulalia nodded, her face solemn, as if she had never smiled before.

"Don't look so disappointed, Eulalia. Based on what you've told me about Chrysanthe, it's very possible to save her," Berenike reassured. Eulalia took a deep breath and nodded.

"I guess you're right, 'Nike," Eulalia said before a smile, a real smile, not a smirk, found its way onto her face.

Berenike smiled. "That's what I like to hear."

"Yeah. After all, a good ruler has to take care of their servants right?" Eulalia's smirk was back, though her eyes had a playful sparkle to them rather than a vigorous one. Berenike groaned, not catching the playful look, and did a face-palm.

"What am I going to do with you, child?"

Eruan glanced at Saphira. She nudged him. Go.
He nodded then began following Joanne.

Did you have to make our camp so far from everyone else? I had just finished salvaging the remains of my tent, when she tossed this question my way.
This is how we've always done it.
But now we're part of a group, Brandon. I think you should go and get to know them.

Ai heard the message, and got up. "Mother needs me. Be back!" she said to Reika, then hurried towards were Joanne was. Akita joined her. You heard it too? Ai asked. Akita nodded.

-Anei-
Anei followed, curious as to how baptism was done.

Trevor pressed a hand over his stomach in a futile effort to quiet it.
Calm down...Yes...I am hungry...But everyone else needs to eat first...And I still need to tell these people it's time to eat....
He opened up the flap and held it up, politely motioning for Reika and Raphael to exit .

Joanne introduced Ai to Anei. "Anei, this is my adopted daughter and apprentice, Ai. She is going to assist me in my baptism." She then told Ai to get Anei and Eruan ready to be baptized. (OOC: This is the part we're skipping. Just introduce Ai and we'll go from there.)

Minerva noticed the sadness that Eulalia had been hiding behind her attempts at humor.
I know what you are feeling, child. Have you been praying for her? she asked Eulalia.
