The Slap Chop one is really only mildly amusing because what he says rarely matches what's happening on the screen.

The Kaboom one, on the other hand, is absolutely fantastic.

Well I think the video originated from the fact that within the TF2 Community, it's accepted that Vince reminds us of the Scout, so somebody simply meshed the audio with the video. The end result being a highly-praised video. XD

As for Billy Mays. He doesn't remind us of the Heavy one bit... but it's funnier. XD
