Best Catwoman

Postby rocklobster » Thu Jan 22, 2009 6:33 pm

Nate suggested in my best Joker poll that I do a Best Catwoman poll, so here it is. Catwoman is a great character. I think it's really cool how inone story she helps Batman, but in another she may be a foe. She is truly a perfect femme fatale.
For me, the choice is Michelle Pfieffer. She was the purrfect (sorry) blend of sultry and evil. But she also showed the vulnerable side very well.

My vote goes to Michelle Pfieffer.
Seriously, can that drinking milk straight out of the carton scene be any less creepier?

I don't see how anyone could NOT pick Michele Pfeirffer. She was amazing *sigh*. She's still half of the reason Batman Returns is still my favorite Batman movie (Dark Knight got close but it wasn't Batman Returns).

...I'm not gonna vote...because I am biased. I've only seen the Catwoman movie...and I really liked it. *runs away before the pitchforks and torches can be found*

Michelle Pfeiffer was supernatural lady in bondage outfit... Adrienne Barbeau was the sultry catburgler we all know as Catwoman. Between her vocals and Bruce Timm's gorgeous art? Amazing.

I can see. It's because Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman was a sex-crazed psycho with an outfit that looks like it came out of a video from the seedy back room of a rental place.

Don't know the other Catwomen enough to care, but Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry are definitely the two worst.

I always liked Julie Newmar from the 60's show.....but overall, I can't really stand Catwoman.
"To be a good listener, you must acquire a musical culture...you must be familiar with the history and development of music, you must listen...to receive music you have to open your ears and wait for the music, you must believe that it is something you need ...to listen is an effort, and just to hear has no merit. A duck hears also." - Igor Stravinsky

Sorry, Julie is Catwoman forever.
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May He cause His face to shine upon you.
