Troubles

I've been putting off asking for prayer requests but I really think I need them. As of Wednesday I am no longer in school. I'm not sure of word has gotten around school yet that I'm not returning and I know of two friends who have been asking me here on CAA. I did attend a Christian school after 4 years of home-schooling. We started home-schooling because I was very bored in public and which is one of the reasons I'm not attending public school instead. I do plan on getting my GED in a year or two when I've figured out what I want to do. I do want to go to college still and I'm not going to lose sight of my goals in a career - to help people. I still want to go into the missionary field or work with children/families. I sponsor a child and his family though Children's Internation and I am currently trying to get in contact with them to find out how I could get invloved in something like that. I went a bit off track but to get to my prayer request, I am looking for a full time job but there really isn't anyplace looking to hire - and its not like I live in a city really. Just pray that I'll beable to get a job soon and start saving for some trips to Iowa and North Carolina as well as putting money away for college at a later date. I'll pray for you. Is it possible to finish high school through home schooling? A GED is not the same as a diploma, and it would look a lot better for you.
