Yes indeed. It doesn't really show a whole lot, just some soundclips of Christian Bale, Michael Caine, and Heath Ledger as the Joker (who sounds convincing, from this little clip XD). Anyways, I'm pretty stoked about it. XD

That sounded like a pretty convincing Joker, all right. I'll have to actually see it to match the voice with the character. Maybe IMdB has something.

mechana2015: Does that answer your question?

Whoever's doing the trailer work for Nolan is doing a great job. This teaser is brilliant in actually giving away info, but not giving away too much.

It sounds like the way they're going to introduce Joker is going to be REALLY good. And I have to agree: Props on Heath Ledger's lines. He's going to be an amazing Joker.

Any idea if this is moreso just going to be a darker remake of the first movie, or is it going to based on Frank Miller's even darker version?

What I've heard is that it's based on Frank Miller's version, but I don't know how the story as a whole will play out. Personally, I'm hoping they'll leave out some of the things in Frank Miller's version, but we'll see how it goes. XD

Considering Heath Ledger was given a copy of The Killing Joke as character development material, I'd guess decidedly "Darker."

Can't wait.

I like the trailer, but I'm afraid I differ on Heath Ledger. From that one line I could go either way. It could be an incredible Joker but I'm getting an unpleasant southern undertone. The film itself, of course, will decide which way that goes.

Boy, I'm out of touch. I've heard rumors about this for a long time, but didn't realize it had actually come to pass.

I am a huge fan of Miller's DKR, and have actually re-read it several times recently. Hopefully the movie is faith, but if history is any indication....

You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness. Rom. 6:18

God can do anything, anytime, anyway He wants to.......if He wants to paint me blue and hang me upside down nekkid from an apple tree, thats alright, as long as it's God doing it. Of course, if He comes through with a directive like that, I might have to ask for some I.D. Michael Wanke

"All of Christian life is ceaseless worship of God the Father, through the mediatorship of God the Son, by the indwelling power of God the Spirit, doing what God commands in Scripture, not doing what God forbids in Scripture, in culturally contextualized ways, for the furtherance of the Gospel, when both gathered for adoration, and scattered for action, in joyous response to God's glorious grace."
- Mark Driscoll

"Believers do not pray with the view of informing God about things unknown to Him, or of exciting Him to do His duty, or of urging Him as though He were reluctant. On the contrary, they pray in order that they may arouse themselves to seek Him, that they may exercise their faith in meditating on His promises, that they may relieve themselves from their anxieties by pouring them into His bosom; in a word, that they may declare that from Him alone they hope and expect, both for themselves and for others, all good things."
- Martin Luther
