Unable to edit titles?

Drat-ness! Is there no way for the members to edit the title of their own threads? 'Cause over at my forum we can, and so the "individual gallery" theme with a thread for each member works much better as the member is able to write just what is added or not.

i.e. I can add a "(+1 pic: 7/11/03)" or a "New sketch!" in the title so everyone can know if the member added something or is just replying.

I think if you just type the "new sketch!" or what have you in the "post subject field", you can label individual posts. But changing the thread title....hmmm I know admins can do it.....perhaps Noz can tell me which switch I need to flip to make members change their threads.

Yeah, it usually works if the member just edits the first post's title, but then again this forum might work differently ^^
