I wonder if they'll keep changing doctors every season.

That would be rather difficult(or rather, it would equal a very speedy end to the long running series), considering that a Time Lord can only regenerate a total of twelve times before permanently dying](I liked the first one best.)
If you're speaking of Christopher Eccleston, I liked him best, also(though David Tennant has grown on me).

Bring back Eccleston! :pouts, slightly:

You know who would make an interesting doctor?

Hugh Laurie!

I've seen him in Jeeves and Wooster (funny, silly character) and House (brooding, sad and mean character). He played both *to perfection.* And the Doctor is... sort of... a mix between those two (except not supposed to be mean).

David Tennant is a great Doctor Who. Yes, very Tom Bakerish.
The second series (or 28th depending on how you gauge it) is pretty good all round.
Sounds like for once you Americans are behind us on a tv show!
Let's just say the finale is awesome.

I liked the ending to yesterday's episode. When the TARDIS disappears and then they reveal the name of the ship finally, everything made sense as to why the
androids tried to abduct Madame de Pompadour.
Also loved Rose's rift on Riley from the Alien movies.

I thought the clockwork robot things with the masks and wigs were *marvelous.* The ending didn't quite seem right to me, however (except for the name on the ship).

Well you also have to remember that the previous episode had Sarah Jane and K-9 on it which meant that the next episode was going to suffer a little.

Well,
it just struck me as a bit stupid for him to fall semi-in-love with another girl, when he still (i thought) likes Rose. Also, even though he has a time machine, he is so sad that he "missed" his meeting with this new girl by years. I mean, is this guy a time lord, or isn't he??
The last time Sarah Jane saw the Doctor was in 1983 during 'The Five Doctors'
special. So it has been 23 years since she last saw him.Which means that the Fifth
Doctor was the last incarnation she would have met.(During the special she was
teamed up with the Third Doctor but also met the First,Second and Fifth Doctors.
The Time Lords were unable to stablish the time line of the Fourth Doctor to bring him and Romana #2 back to Gallifrey.)
So she never met the 6th,7th,8th or 9th incarnations of the Doctor.

RTD has stated for School reuion that the memory of the Five doctors adventure was erase, so from her prespective the last time she saw him was when the fourth throw her out

Well that might make some sense. The Time Lords did wipe the memories of Zoe and Jamie after the Doctor was originally sentenced so that they only remembered their original adventure with him and nothing more.So I suppose the same thing applied to The Five Doctors.

Let's see these Cybermen were different from the classic ones in several ways:
*They weren't from Mondos but rather a parallel Earth
*They were part of a project to completely cybernize Humanity
*They had a more streamed line appearance, especially in the head
*They were part of one man's plot to rule the world
*They kill people by causing an electric shock to pass from them into their victim

Wonder what their weakness is going to end up being.Probably not gold, that would be too easy and obvious.I suspect it will be something new.

btw:The entire Micky/Ricky thing was just plan weird! Then again Rose's double as far as we know is a dog!Literally!
Wonder if there's a counterpart to the Doctor?Probably not.It be,again too obvious.
Also note that this Earth has it's own Torchwood!

Although remember the Doctor has past expierences with Parallel Worlds.Remember when he was in his Third Incarnation and he accidentally ended
up in that Nazi run Universe in INFERNO?
Apparently either the Time Lords did not exist in that universe or else they must have banned all interference in that universe's Earth.

The Micky/Ricky thing didn't seem so weird to me. Remebmer in the very first new episode when the Doctor kept calling Micky Ricky and Rose kept trying to correct him? I think they had an alternate Micky(Ricky) planned from the beginning. I'm wondering if Micky might end up staying in this dimension. Or maybe the whole group will stay in this dimension for a while like with E-space. If you already know, please use spoiler tage because I want to wait until I watch the episode to find out.

And Mitsuki Lover, the first thing I thought of when they ended up in the parallel dimension was Inferno. I hope this episode's not based too heavily off that one, because in that, everyone on the parallel Earth died.
