Sobakasu?!?!?! *sticks fingers in ears* Lalalalalalalala... Can't hear you...
I'm sorry, it's just that once I hear that song, I can NEVER get it to leave my mind! o.o

As for me:
All FMA openings and endings
"Stray" and "Gravity" (Wolf's Rain)
"Ultra Relax" XD (Kodomo no Omocha)
"Fukai Mori" and "Shinjitsu no Uta" (Inuyasha)
"Tank!" and "The Real Folk Blues" (Cowboy Bebop)
"Heart of Sword" (Is it just me, or does it sound like a disco song at first? XD) [RK]
"Obsession" and "Yasashii Yoake" (.hack//SIGN)
"A chicken is a bird that is harvested for food." -Matthew Bench, an autistic kid in my school who gives the greatest advice. XD

"I love lamp." -Brick Tamland (Anchorman)

Oh, yeah! Heart of Sword!

It definitely does start out with a bit of a dance house feel, but who doesn't like that?

The theme from The New Dominion Tank Police is really good. I'm planing to use it as a theme to a raido show I'm producing. I'll have to edit out the Japanese vocals, but the track will be perfect.

You'd think the translation services would work a bit harder to not make the names of all these animes so...literal. "The New Dominion Tank Police"? What, is that a word-for-word thing?

I love "Hemisphere" the opening theme song for RahXephon, and also "Yubiwa" the theme song for the Escaflowne movie. Both are sung by Maaya Sakamoto by the way, who has a wonderfully enchanting voice :-)
"Hey Shinji! Lookie lookie!!! Backwards Roll!"

The opening theme song of .hack//sign is actually sung in English. The title is "Obsession". Here are the lyrics:

*gasp* I must have that song!!! Aww, heck with it. I need the OST!! XD

The theme from FFU is alright, and the ending theme (with all the chocobos running around :P).

"We Are", "Believe," "Hikari e", "Bon Voyage", and my fav, "Kokoro no Chizu", all from One Piece (yes, I'm obsessed).

"Aritakeno yume o kakiatsume
Sagashi monno sagashini yuku no sa!
Pocket no Coin, soreto
You wanna be my friend?
We are, we are on the cruise, we are!"

Hikaru No Go's GET OVER is a brilliant song. All Inu-Yasha songs are great! And Read Steady GO from Fullmetal Alchemist is just a great song.

Ah yes, The Starry Sky is one of my favorites as well (though I lean more towards the remix than the original). And I am really starting to like the OP of Haibane Renemi, as well as the ending theme, "Blue Flow."

i liked 1/3 from rurouni kenshin. strangely, when i first heard the song, the melody sounds so familiar even though i never heard it before. Does anybody know if this song is some clone of another song?

Right now I'm listening to my new anime theme song obsession - Changin', the 3rd end theme for Get Backers. It's so happy and fun. x3 And it's even better paired with all the happy dancing chibis in the credits.

Let's see...

Ruroken - Heart of Sword
Outlaw Star - Through the Night, Tsuki no Ie
FLCL - Ride on Shooting Star, Little Busters
Cowboy Bebop - Tank!, The Real Folk Blues
Noir - Koppelia no Hitsugi
InuYasha - Fukai Mori
Last Exile - Cloud Age Symphony
Yu-Gi-Oh! - Voice (sigh, yes I know...)

I guess that's about it, until I watch some more anime or think of something else. I also like the Fullmetal Alchemist opening, and the battle theme from Noir, but I'm not sure what those are called.
