Ronin Warrior OAV's

Has anyone seen them? I love the original TV series, so I am wondering how they compare to it.

Yup, I have. I've seen Gaiden and Kikoutei Densei (sp)--personally I loved them. They were great compared to the TV series; about the same level of plot, character, etc. At least in the dub version. In the subs....oh wow, it's even better. A lot more character comes through in the boys, and a lot of the cheesier lines are worded much better and clearer.

I have yet to see Message, and I've heard it has more violence in it than the others. I know for sure, though, there is a review for the other two in the review database.

Nice to see a fellow warriors fan here, I must say. Not too many of us around.

Really?!? Thats a shame the Ronins aren't as popular as they should be.
Anyways.. in the dub, are they the same voice actors (Matt Hill, Ward Perry etc...)?
I hate it when they change, especially after you get used to them as their character.
Yeah, I think watching with the original Japanese actors is better. Definately way more enthusiastic.

I'll have to keep my eyes open for them. Thanks for the info!
