Chat control

Just an idea inspired by a chatroom I used to participate in. Do you think the CAA chat could have something added to it that would automatically boot out a member that was spamming or flooding? The safety on certain words is a good start, but can you extend it to boot the user out if obscenities were used in abundance during a given period of time.
Like I said, just a thought. About the flooding, some users do that in the chat, and more often than not, saying "Please stop" isn't enough.
