How do you post spoilers?

I feel embarrassed to ask this, but I can't figure out how to post spoilers that you have to scroll over to see. Please help.

The spoiler tags are [-SPOILER-][-/SPOILER-] only without the little dashes. Type your message in between them.

Just remember to make sure everything's facing the way they're supposed to be ^^ I would always mess up spoiler tags due to this ^^
