Does anyone know where to get a Perspective Tool?

Postby Warrior 4 Jesus » Sat Oct 09, 2004 10:15 pm

Hi,

I have trouble with drawing perspective and mum saw a perspective tool on tv.
Does anyone know of the perspective tool I'm talking about? I don't know anymore that that. You have to use the many facets of the tool to create perspective in every application.

Thanks!

While doing my drafting classes in High School I got to use the Perspective drafting boards they had there, not sure if this is similar.

If you do find this machine (and better a website), please post, I'd be interested in seeing it (even though I don't have much use for it at this time).

Do you mean something like a T-square or rolling straightedge?

I think the perspective tool was V shaped.
Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by rolling straightedge. Could you please explain what it is?

Thankyou!

ummm that dosn't seem that useful... tries to think of how it would work.... can but sees it being frusteratin' I need to see what it looks like before i really judge it but usually (IMO) a ruler and a couple points on the horizon are a better choice to do perspective properlythan some gizmo....
