Movie maker?

Hi. I saw the Gimp thread here and so thought to check if anyone knows of a movie maker/editing program i can download for free from the net (legally obviously please)? I have Gimp (haven't had time to start figuring it out though :o) and have downloaded Jahshaka, but that crashes everytime on startup. So let me know if there's something else out there ... Thanks :grin:
