CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

It's been a long time since I've been on here, and the RPs that were pretty active since I've been last here seems to have died. So I was wondering if anyone wanted to revive any of them? We could ask the owner of that RP whether it's ok to revive (Or if that member hasn't been on for more than say, 1-2 weeks, and think it would be alright to go ahead and revive it.) Either way, we'd give the original owner full credit for the RP. Any thoughts or RP revival suggestions?

Remember that rp you and i worked on a while ago? We could get that going again

Moi: I guess it would be more like rebooting, though it would depend on the thread. If the thread doesn't have many posts, I don't think it would hurt to gravedig it.

It seems like I've hardly seen you around, CAA, Dia. I hope you are doing well.

I can imagine a few things would be shaky with this idea, but I can see your good intentions behind it.

While it's good to ask the original creator whether or not they want their RPG rebooted, I would advise against rebooting ones without their permission (e.g. If they are not around anymore/haven't been active/etc.). While the RPG section is not really a place for copyrighted material, it just seems more respectful to leave an RPG to rest until the owner can come and tend to it.

On a side note, there is no reason you cannot borrow ideas from previously made RPGs and make a new one! Unless part of what you're aiming for it an already established RPG so you don't have to get the ball rolling as much in the beginning?

Well, On the Run is actually still on here. I've seen it during my random scrolling down the list for something interesting to read (yes, I read old rpgs. It sometimes gives me ideas when I'm stuck).

Uh, not to be a killjoy Wolf, but I was a member of that RP, and I've got too much stuff going on at the moment to be able to keep up very well if it does get rebooted. Sorry about that. Maybe another time?

Dia, I'm looking forward to Shadow City! I understand about On the Run, and if something could be worked out, that's okay, but I don't want to leave BL out. It'd be okay. Besides, wasn't MichaelLance in there too? I haven't seen him in forever...
