Pontypool: Independent Zombie Flick

Postby Etoh*the*Greato » Mon Oct 12, 2009 6:09 am

New indie film coming from the wilds of Canada. Pontypool is about a radiostation quarantined in rural Canada during a viral zombie outbreak. Not sure yet, but it looks like there is going to be some sort of twist to the zombies. He's saying avoid terms of endearment, so that makes me wonder about them. Looks pretty awesome!

Oh wow. That looks extremely creepy and good. Also, on a different but zombie-related note, you should check out Dance of the Dead. It uses every zombie film cliche of the last forty years, but it's charming and funny. It was written and directed here in Georgia (we have a pretty big indie film scene around Savannah).
I'm a shoe-in for hater of the year.

Zombie flicks are about the only horror movies I can really do without problems. Maybe I'll check it out!
