Go yanks!!! They had better win tonight...I didn't see anything past the 4th inning when there were 2 outs, 3 balls 2 strikes man on 3rd...Boston got a hit...
and they ended up winning...

Yeah, and it wasn't just a hit, but a homerun (by about the most unlikely player on the whole Red Sox team in Bellhorn). Go Red Sox, Go Cards.

the Yanks.... Well that's another story
. I'm so.... astonished to see the Red Socks come back from 3 games down to tie up the series. But chances are, the Yankees will win. Though I really hope the Red Socks win; the Yankees win every other year. BUt so goes life. The odds favor the Yankees. I can see it know, the Astros vs. The Red Socks. Though knowing the Red socks luck, they'll lose due to the so called "bambino curse." I'm just curious to see what happens.

Normally, I hate baseball and won't touch it with a 10 foot pole. However, I have been follwing these last few games as of late and it's been interesting. I guess the pitcher for the Sox (horrible with names - the one with the ripped tendon thing in his leg) is a born again Christian and gave glory to God after the game.

I like the sounds of that. Like you gypsy I'm not a big baseball fan. But i do watch it in the post-season. And to be honest, I dont even know the names of more than 3people on any team in the play-offs. But I agree, it's been quite exciting watching the games. I'm glad to hear that he's a christian giving glory to where it needs to go
. Reminds me of Kurt Warner shouting, "Thank you Jesus!" After all his playoff and superbowl victories. We need more things like that

Kirt Schilling became a Christian when he played with Randy Johnson on the Diamond Backs.

Yah, that s the guy, did you see the pic they had of his ankle during Thursdays game? He pitched an awesome 7 innings, and in the picture you can see blood leaking through his sock the whole time… Dedication or Insanity?
I’m with Gypsy about generally trying to steer clear of base ball, people just go crazy if your not on their side… *checks for crazy NY fans*
My wife (along with her entire family), being from NY, are some of those crazy fans. I don’t get it. It’s all just a game to me. I like to root for the Yankees with my family, but deep down, I like to see the underdog come out on top. Or see the interesting match-ups like Huston and Boston, those are the type of things that would keep me watching.
