Zombie Honeymoon...content?

Postby Heart of Sword » Wed Aug 16, 2006 7:51 pm

Has anyone seen Zombie Honeymoon? I want to see it (I love zombies...don't ask) but I'm a bit concerned about the content. I can't go by the rating (it's not rated), so...

Does it show anyone getting killed in a graphic way? (If so, how)

Is there sex?

How bad is the language?

Thank you soooo much! If I don't get any "reviewers" I'll just buy it and send it in to one of those people who edits the bad crud out of DVDs.

Money, get away
Get a good job with good pay and you're okay
And all and all you're just another brick in the wall
Shoutin’ in the street gonna take on the world some day
But Bismallah will not let me go
Because I'll see you on the dark side of the moon

Tommy used to work on the docks
Union's been on strike
Bright eyes burning like fire
And exposing every weakness
However carefully hidden by the kids

Who will love a little Sparrow
Who's traveled far and cries for rest
Spare him his life from this monstrosity

I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all
And if the band youre in starts playing different tunes
We will we will rock you
We will we will rock you!

Before this thread, I had never heard of the film. Fortunately, I happen to have a special program on my computer called an "internet" that is a very useful resource. The majority of your questions (in context) can be found here:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0399934/
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/zombie_honeymoon/

If you're after quick answers, at least one reviewer listed "sex" in the content area and you'll probably have a hard time finding a secular review that comes at the language aspect from the direction you want. But if you don't expect some graphic deaths, you're looking at this movie in the wrong way.

Ehheh, sorry about the other thread, I'm insanely forgetful... XD

I know it has gore in it, but that doesn't bother me as long as it doesn't show people getting ripped apart alive or anything like that.

Okay, I'll check out those places, thanks! (You can delete the other thread if you want)

If you want some idea as to the content, do a Google image search. Unless it has changed a lot since I did mine, you'll probably see some of the level of content.

You are asking for a lot in a zombie film. :eh:

I've done that a few times...

I saw Night of the Living Dead, which showed someone being eaten and I didn't care. I just don't want to see anyone being eaten alive.
