Anyone seen this movie? It looks like it could be really cool. Or it might be dumb... Opinions?

I've never heard of it, and I just did a search at the Internet Movie Database and could find nothing about it. Are you sure about the title?

Ah, sorry. There's no "The" in the title.

Sorry to double-post. I just thought I'd say that I had a chance to rent the movie, and I just got done watching it. It was really good - better than I expected, in fact! I would probably even buy it. Plus, I think I have a crush on Anne Suzuki. ^_^

It's perrty neat. The transformation sequences are incredible

That was the one that was sort of ET meets Terminator, right? It wasn't bad. Special effects substantially better than most Japanese movies

I admit that I originally watched it for Takeshi Kaneshiro but I personally enjoyed this movie. The effects were pretty good, characters likeable (Takeshi was cool XD ) and storyplot explained itself, especially towards the end. *nods*

Hehe, I agree.

Some people have compared it to the Matrix, but I really don't see much in common. I actually enjoyed Returner more than the Matrix. The characters are way more likeable for one. After just watching it for second time, I can say that I love this movie. :D
