Play speed modifier for winamp

I'm about through with WMP for music... It has randomly currupted my music during play, and it just freezes for no reason. One thing that I use a lot in WMP, however, is a speed up tool. I especially use it for just plain talking. It speeds the sound up without raising the pitch (for mp3s, wmas, and wmvs. For MPEG videos and some other files, it raises the pitch.) Is there anything like that in Winamp? How do I find it if there is? There are plugins, but there are so many of them that don't have good descriptions, and there are so many pages to look through... Any of you know something that can do that for me?
