Well, everyone else is doing it, so I might as well do it too, XD. In case you haven't seen my signature, I have a blog.

I talk about lots of things, most of them being writing related. So far I have poems, a couple reviews, and two other articles/posts. I have some analysis projects planned for the future, so yeah. I'll update this whenever I post something new. Comments are open, so feel free to leave them.

Seriously, CAA seems to have started a mass exodus to blogspot. What ever happened to the years of happiness and contentment that livejournal provided? Was that all for nothing? Are you just going to cast aside all those years of commitment like so much useless rags?

I sure hope this doesn't mark the start of a civil war.

I agree. The sight of individulas like RD who have and use both a Blogspot and Livejournal fighting against themself would be terrible, horrible, and rather comical...but it would still be horrible!

XD I totally use both my LJ and Blogspot. My Blogspot is just for art and is therefore public, while my LJ is for private/personal stuff and for keeping up with friends or ranting or whatever. XD It's not a war! It's an alliance!

Yeah, my LJ is for my personal ranting/private life and my blog is for everything I do that's writing related. Basically, they're serving different purposes for me, XD.

On that note, there's an update. Last week, Corrie posted her most recent art project on both her blog and mine. As we agreed, I did a little analysis on it. http://ladyrushia.blogspot.com/

Also posted today were about five poems finishing out the Writer's Digest poem a day challenge, including a response to Thrice's "Silver Wings" (which is my personal favorite of the bunch). Comments and such are appreciated, XD.

It's essentially an online journal. You write something up, post it, and then people can comment on it. People have blogs for many different reasons, like showing their art, music, writing, crafts, or photography. They're pretty easy to make and maintain (well, as long as you have ideas about what to post), and if you're into the arts at all then it's a pretty good idea to have a public one to get yourself out there. Just do a google search of blogs and skim over a few of them; I think you'll get the basic idea.
