As you know, a LOT of sites require Flash. I used to have it, but all of a sudden, one day it dispearred from my computer and I can't get it back! When I try to install it, a window saying "Do you want to install and run..." should pop up, but it doesn't? Yet when I install other stuff, windows like that pop up all the time! Please help me, somebody, I'm DESPERATE.

Yes, if you have a firewall, it might be blocking the security boxes. Or you can try going to Control Panel » Internet Options and see what your Site Tolerance level is. It's good to have it around Medium. And what version of Windows always matters -nods at animenewstoday-

Try right-clicking the link and pointing to "Save As" (IE). Then run the program from the progress window once the file has downloaded.

WIndows version always matter because if you have windows xp they have a firewall built in! and usely it helps me research the problem easier and plus microsoft always changes there source code they never keep it the same.
