Um, every time I try to transfer a file over AIM, my connection gets dropped. I'm on a laptop running WinXP SP2 and I'm using a wireless card. Help?

Have you tried using the AOL proxy server? Look under Preferences, Firewall (dunno if this applies to XP; that's where it is on Mac OS X).
