AnimeHeretic, Firefox will block any and all popup windows, but you can set it to allow certain sites' popups to show up. but I'm guessing you already figured it out ^_^;

Firefox for me.

BTW, I don't know if this is like classified info or not, but my physics teacher who codes for Firefox says that 1.1 is coming out soon.

It's a bit more complicated than Stopzilla for IE, where you right click and tell it to block, and it never comes back.

MSP: Yes it comes installed, but remember that M$ has stopped all development on IE for macintosh. I recommend just deleting that one. It's going to get more and more out dated as time goes on.

SSJJvash: I would recommend trying firefox for a week, and then see if you really want to keep using netscape. It's always worked better for me...

I think you mean 1.0.4, not 1.4.

yes, forced to use it. Because my dad said safari wouldn't let me go to my bank's website. So...yeah. IE is on Mac, but I don't like it.

I'd use Firefox if I knew how to install it or whatever. I think. Uh, I can't really do anything with this computer because 1. It ain't mine, and 2. I'm computer illiterate.

Show that site to your father. Let him look it over and read what people have to say. Firefox really is one of the best ways to go right now.

Yeah, I contacted the people who do my antivirus stuff (Trend Micro), and they told me the only thing that *wouldn't* work with firefox was URL blocking (which I don't use anyway...)

MSP: I've found that the most recent versions of Firefox are faster (on this computer, anyway) than camino.

I really like the Opera browser, to be honest. I'm probably going to buy it sometime this month. Lately, all I use are InternetExplorer and Opera. Firefox used to be default, but there are too many sites I need to visit that don't work on Firefox, so I ended up making IE default again.
