Adjusting wallpaper size when size is not available for dl

Postby wiggins » Mon May 03, 2004 5:07 am

Hi guys, I tried to download some wallpapers from http://www.heartlight.org/, but they only come in one size, and my screen is too big. So when the wallpaper is stretched it looks all blurry. Does anyone know how to adjust the wallpaper to fit a large screen? I want to use those wallpapers to in an image slide show screensaver. Thanks!
God bless you,
Wiggins

Well, there are a few options. The one I ususally use is to open it in photoshop, and use the "canvas size" option to add some whitespace around the image to make it the correct size. You can make that area, or "gutter" as large as you want. Think of it as a picture frame if it bugs you. ;)
