My task bar won't respond. If I click the program names, nothing happens, start button doesn't work, can't access my system tray. I can see most of that ((anything, like my bookmark menu, that goes over it gets w/e portion of it was over the task bar kinda stuck there)) stuff, but can't do anything with it, which'll kinda be a problem.

EDIT: Nevermind. Should have googled the problem first. Simply using using the task manager to kill/restart explorer.exe fixed the problem.
