CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Hey I'm going to start us off by putting a poem of my own up. Anyone after that can add their own. Please have nice comments if you have any. I'll start off with my best poem titled "Night Bite" by Amber (AKA me! GwenneZ).


Darkness is closing in
Soon it'll be under my skin
The light is disappearing
While the night is reappearing

Blackness at my back
At my neck are teeth like a tack
Slowly piercing my skin
He is sure to win

This vampire by my side
Will soo have to hide
For now the light
Is too bright
For even his strong might...

this something i kinda just came up with on a whim it doesn't really have a title

as i fly thourgh my life
i seen the pain and strife
that people felt
but they have never dealt

with the pain
of losing you
i wish i could
see you again

i know though
as much as i like
to see you

i would be throwing down
the mic of my life
and losing
and musing over
all about
how its over

The light on my world
Is running thin
The darkness is closing in
What once was bright
There now is no light
I need to be saved
I need to get out of this cave
please come to me
I need to see
Get me out of this darkness
I want to lightness

This one of my personal favorites out of the various poems I've written. Incidentally, it was inspired by a Vic Mignogna song.

No Words
I sit down at my desk
Pick up my favorite pen
Take a piece of paper
Settle back, and then
I find myself at a loss
Over the words I should say
I stare at the blank
Bit of paper all day
Wondering how
I could ever tell
You what's in my heart
And how I can spell
All that burns
Deep down inside
All the things
That I've never tried
To tell you before
To let you know
To ask you to stay
And never let me go
But how could I find
(Though I searched the whole earth)
The proper words to say
Just how much you're worth?
You are all I am
The beginning and the end
You mean everything to me
On you alone I'll depend
But every time
I try to tell you, my dear
The words I thought I'd say
They up and disappear
I think I'll never find
The one word to convey
The way you take my breath
Till I have no words to say
